CONTRIBUTOR PROGRAM

Become an official Contributor.

We’re currently in the process of selecting a team of artists, creators, industry insiders, & brands to offer direct access to the DetroitRap platform. As an official contributor, you’ll have access to submit music, videos, articles, special content and more. Contributors will also be featured on our staff page with a clickable profile featuring a bio & social links. We’re looking for those with something unique & fresh to share, Detroit’s movers & shakers who can maintain professionalism in the content they share. We are currently in the selection process & will only be choosing ten contributors for our first wave. AS AN OFFICIAL CONTRIBUTOR YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Submit up to 5 unique posts to DetroitRap.com per month.
  • Have your own custom profile on our Staff page with bio & social links.
  • Earn exclusive access to special events.
  • Be a part of an exclusive team of content contributors focused on shining positive light on and around the city of Detroit!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • No shameless self promotion. We want unique content! If your an artist or label contributor of coarse you may post a new song/video etc. but you’re limited to one post per song! Basically don’t flood our website with the same thing over & over.
  • No hate speech or derogatory comments towards anyone. At DetroitRap.com we’re committed to being a positive force in the community & ask you to keep the negativity off the site.
  • All submissions most be posted to draft, an editor will approve your post usually within 1-2 hrs.
  • Lastly, we reserve the right to drop or ban you from the contributor program at any time for any reason! Please maintain professionalism in your posts so we don’t have to do that!
