What a more fitting finish than to end months of touring across Europe & the US at home. Coming home to Detroit, MI to end the FEVER tour Black Milk brings along the Nat Turner band to El Club for two nights this August 4th & 5th.

Details/Tickets available now at: SongKick

BLACK MILK – FEVER tour w/ band Nat Turner
Fusing funk, electronic, soul, rock, and rap into an electrifying and inimitable blend, Detroit artist Black Milk redefines the parameters of hip-hop. A cohesive 12-track project that touches on vital issues such as racism, social media addiction, among others, listening to FEVER evokes the feeling of scrolling through an endless news feed, finding BlackMilk reporting and commenting on the world’s problems with empathy, clarity, and wit.  Reuniting with his powerhouse backing band Nat Turner, Blackis set to embark on the FEVER Tour.

Featuring the thunderous rhythm section of Malik Hunter on bass and Jarelle “JRelle” James on drums, and with brilliant accents and solos from Aaron “Ab” Abernathy on keys, a Black Milk concert is an unforgettable live experience, with the rapper directing traffic and bringing new energy to his catalogue. Black Milk‘s sixth solo rap album, and his first since 2014’s If There’s a Hell BelowFEVER combines pointed and topical lyrics and brilliant musicianship, including percussion from all-star musicians Chris “Daddy” Dave (D’Angelo, Adele, Justin Bieber) and Daru Jones, bass by long-time collaborator Malik Hunter and keys and guitar from newcomersIan Fink and Sasha Kashperko, respectively.

The inaugural Motor City Industry & Music Festival is coming to Detroit’s TCF Center, November 13-14th. It will feature The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee, HuffPosts, Phil Lewis, Bigs Sean’s Manager Zeno Jones and other national and local influencers in music, media, technology, business and more! Tickets are currently on sale at industryfest.com.

After a nearly 18-month pandemic hiatus, The Capital Brand led by husband and wife, JT and Randi Maples will be making their mainstage production debut this fall, with the first Motor City Industry Festival. On November 12th through 14th, the celebrity and community-filled event will include conference panels discussing the music industry, entrepreneurship, business, financial literacy and more; a high-end car & fashion show, a job fair, local small business vendors, and live concert performances featuring A-list performers and musicians from around the world.

“People want to attend events again. Our job is to make these events meaningful and worth their time,” says J.T. Maples, The Capital Brand owner and event producer for Industry Fest. “The goal is to produce a weekend-long series of impactful conversations, connections and of course live concert performances that the city, state and region will enjoy and anticipate for next year.”

Founder of OhSoRadio, co-producer of Industry Fest and wife to Maples, Randi Rossario Maples is already a globally recognized influencer and successful entrepreneur herself. The mogul’s passion and hopes for the event are that people will leave with the sense of “I can do it too!” in regard to pursuing their passions in career, life and in business.

“We’re excited to curate something impactful and fresh for the city,” says Rossario Maples. “We’re bringing in some of the biggest social influencers in the fields of music, tech, entrepreneurship, film, investing, business, cryptocurrency, forex trading, digital assets, mainstream media and more in one place to connect, learn, and inspire each other.”

Although this event is set to host over 10,000 youth and adults from the region, the scope of Industry Fest is much larger than the November weekend production, as the power couple aim to take the festival in its entirety on a 5-7 city tour beginning in January. More details on dates and locations will become available later this year.

Tickets are on sale now at www.industryfest.com to all ages.
